we made same change as vtm for location of the file.
We move the loading of all migrations file from the application to Hayamiki lib

Now phone_field has attribute for describing the phone number type like (cellphone, landline, fax, etc)

add mobile_field and url_field

add order_by parameter in get_all_XXX_by_clause

still working on refactoring of the view and from

… faster to make evolution in core.
