This is means generate the name of columns; select_fields and json extractor

Now phone_field has attribute for describing the phone number type like (cellphone, landline, fax, etc)

in JSON extractor check for "__HK_SHOW_STRING__" for returning the show string

add mobile and url field

generate extractor list for json
add get_all to_json with selection of the columns to be extracted
remove vt_view_db_call according to the hayamiki lib

add generation of the hk_table_controller_list
