- web/CXM_jquery.anubis : Make start of jQuery support in Anubis

Modifications:
  - web/CXM_making_a_web_site.anubis : Adding new types to handle Tag inclusion in head from some partial content construction => very useful when you need jQuery or other javascript Framework in some parts or web pages.
  - web/CXM_dojo.anubis : adding dojo_init to include JS and CSS files in head tag according to new type in web/CXM_making_a_web_site.anubis

Add /database/db_types.anubis. This help to manage database type more safely

- Function 'dump_http_headers': it now supports a prefix (as second param) to be displayed as line prefix such as "\t".

Bug fixes:
 - Function 'dump_http_info': IP address was displayed as Word32. Now, it's displayed as IP address string : call of 'ip_addr_to_string'.

- File 'web/CXM_web_dump.anubis' : contains all functions for dumping datas for web as Web_arg, HTTP_header, HTTP_Info.

Modifications :
 - Move : function 'dump_web_arg_values' is now located in 'web/CXM_web_dump.anubis'.

Web: adding attr() alternative to Text_Option type

- Fix URL decoding bug when %xx is upper case

- HTTP redirect codes add needed 'Location' header.
