…o disconnect between request, when we want to restart gracefully the anubis adm "restart(true)", we wait for all tcp, udp server are down. If a web browser keep a connection with the http server, the server will never shutdown until the browser close the browsing window.
So the shutdown_required is emitted by the application core to request to quit. In that case the http server stop to maintain socket and close it after sending last request.

Remove the dead code for creating jpeg buttons with relief (Nowadays with a sip of css it's 100 times more beautiful).

Now in add of ?a= (which means action =) we defined the ?aws_action= (which means 'Anubis Web Server Action = ')
the 'a=' will be deprecated in the future because 'a' can be web argument name too easily.
In addition of the new name for action, there is an action which is special for not using session stored in cookie.
When ...?aws_action=none this means don't restore session state for this action like action name which starting "ajax_".

Add new HTTP_ANSWER which is json. This is useful when there is a need to return json only i.e. in ajax call
