Anubis / Xlib

Removed all HTML_In_Form, HTML_Off_Form, HTML_Partial_Content  type and replaced it by the new type HTML.

Update all library according to that change.

[-] removed the generic_form.anubis and generic_table.anubis which was obsolete.

… when it become Xlib (some reference to CXM was still there)

change HtmlId by HTML_Id

This is also the start point of migration from dojo to jquery js dependency. Julien will perform this migration
