Anubis / Xlib

Removed all HTML_In_Form, HTML_Off_Form, HTML_Partial_Content  type and replaced it by the new type HTML.

Update all library according to that change.

[-] removed the generic_form.anubis and generic_table.anubis which was obsolete.

[+] add some icons url as string constant
[~] change_list doesn't show icon if the icon class is empty
