move the logger_port definition into config/logger_config.anubis this avoid mult… 

…iple definition when the file is use multiple time for generating multiple adm.
PLEASE BE SURE to create a folder config with logger_config.anubis in it with "public define Word32 logger_port = xxxxx. (xxxxx must be replace by the effective logger port)
