                  CONDITIONS OF USE
   
               of the Anubis software
   

   (1) The  Anubis   software  (compiler,  virtual
   machine,   library   files,  examples)   remain
   indefinitely  the exclusive  property  of their
   author. The user receives  the right to use the
   software, not a property right of any kind.
   
   (2) A right  to use the Anubis  software may be
   granted  either to  a  physical or  to a  moral
   person (company, ...). 
   
   (3) Using the Anubis software is free of charge
   for personal  use (physical person  only).  Any
   non  personal  use or  use  by  a moral  person
   (professional,  commercial, industrial, etc...)
   is subject to  usage fees.  Please, contact the
   author for a licence.
   
   (4) The author does not provide any warranty of
   any kind.  It is the responsability of the user
   to  test  if the  software  is  useful for  any
   purpose.   In particular  the author  cannot be
   responsible of a loss of data of any kind.
